I purchased a pair of shoes at Lecoq Sportif in Woodmead just before the C hristmas break. To my horror the shoes started peeling in Mid Feb, I took the shoes to the store and asked them if this is normal for shoes to start peeling after 2 months and the manager said he didn't have a comment!!!

I then contacted their head office and spoke to Hennie, he asked me to send him pics of the shoes (which I did) and he told me about their no returns policy.

I then highlighted to him, that nowhere had I indicated that I wanted a brand new pair of shoes, I just wanted them to sort my current pair out!!!

I find it unacceptable that you can buy shoes, then in 2 monthst they start peeling and peope start quoting their returns policy as a form of defence. something needs to be done about my shoes and have stopped any further purchase of this brand!!!

Bad for the brand in my opinion!!!
