Received a charge on my phone bill from Legacy LTD Int'l Inc for a collect call. I do not accept collect calls. Charge is $30.00 for 3 minutes. Spoke to the customer service - thei attitude is it can be resolved by my paying the bill. Their proof that I accepted ithe call s that they billed me. Of course their manager consists of a voice mail with no return call. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and FCC any other agency I can find.
