Not the best hotel but I expected it to at least be clean. It is teaming with bugs--crawling on the floors, in the cabinets, atop the refrigerator, etc. Management said they sprayed, but that did not help. The bugs are coming from under the walls and are inside the building walls.

Hotel staff also have a suspicious habit of entering your room while you are gone during the day--not talking about cleaning crew as they come by only once a week. Manager keeps promising she will keep staff out, but they keep coming in. I guess I'm the only one working a night shift to bring this to her attention. No improvement either way.

Very unresponsive management.
