This company contacted me stating that i owed them $1, 085 for a pay day loan that was taken out per them early this year and I had no record of it. They wouldn't give me any information regarding this no address no phone numbers nothing. They stated they would take me to court for the above mentioned plus penalties that would be in the amount of $5, 000 plus. I contacted my lawyer and he stated that he couldn't do anything until they tried to take me to court.
