This is regarding case # WN362385. I had sent my Lenovo laptop (which was under warranty) to the depot. Over there they inspected the laptop and said that the problem was "customer induced" and that this was not covered under standard warranty. What crap is that? I take utmost care of my things and took utmost care of my laptop. Well, it appears that your customer guys don't want to fix the issue. I chose Lenovo primarly because of the good customer support. But it appears otherwise. Anyways, I will never again buy a laptop from you people or even recommend it to anyone. One more unhappy customer!! I guess that doesn't matter to them. Sad to know this about Lenovo.
