My four months old Lenovo think pad broke last week, after 6 different 1800 numbers I finally got to the right warranty department only to be offer option of putting $950 dollars on hold on my credit card for Lenovo to start doing anything. The customer service rep didn't explain the reason or anything. the altitude was terrible and unfriendly, it was the worst warranty service one company can provide. If you thinking about owning a Lenovo think-pad, think again.
