My car was booked in earlier in the year about a noise coming from the Aircon fans inside the car. I got my car back and was told the fans were 'lubricated'. 10km later the noise started again... I took the car back for the same problem after that and was told the problem was fixed... which is wasn't!!!

On the third attempt (early September) I was told that they need to replace tensioners and the part is not in stock. I also asked them to fix my driver window button as the auto down function was not working. It's been almost a month now and I am still waiting for Leo Haese to contact me to fix my car.The worst part is that on the last 2 occasions all my silver coins were stolen out of my car as well as 2 x USB memory sticks worth a lot of money. I take my car there to be looked after, although warned to remove valuables, it is still frighting to know that your belongings are not safe. I find this whole experience with Leo Haese Centurion unacceptable and will not make use of their service or cars again!!. My next car WILL NOT be a BMW.
