Absolutely Atrocious behavior from the employees of Leohmanns department store. I came in with one store credit and bought glasses with it and added my own cash. then i wanted to exchange the glasses for a jacket . so i said to the employee take the money from glasses and i will add my own additional. when i went to return the jacket he says its all store credit. he says u never paid with cash only store credit. THIS IS OUTRAGOUS THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME, I SAID LET ME SEE THE CAMERAS AND THE EMPLOYEeS REFUSED CALLING ME A BITCH AND A LIAR> THE POLICE WERE CALLED AND A REPORT WAS FILLED> I HONOSTLY AM COMPLETELY SHOCKED AT THE SITUATION they had no evidence to show me and continued to insist that i was not right. DO NOT SHOP AT LEOHMAnnes located in the manhattan area, as they are con artists who simply issue everyone store credit so u will keep coming back. a police investigation is on the way at this store, this event happened 01/11/10. it has happened to at least 3 people that i have just meet in the store while waiting for the police. i came in with one store credit and unbelievably they said it is two. i cant understand how these people can commit such crimes, i have never in my life seen anything like it. and the funny thing is that they couldn't show m the proof, insisting they don't have time to look at cameras. but the police have been notified. if u have a similar incident my email is [email protected], feel free to contact me.
