I had purchased IBM Lenova desktop for my home one & half month back on Ganpati Puja auspicious day on 15th Sept'07 from Lep Tech Solution show room in Bund Garden opposite to Wadia college, Pune, sorry to say till date my printer is not been installed, nor the software uploaded. The service engineer came once to install the machine then not shown the face. BUT TILL DATE I COULD NOT RUN THE MACHINE AS THE SERVICE ENGINEER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUEST IT IS BEING DELAYED. Such poor service they give to their customer, every day one can hear their advertisement on Radio Mirchi.
