I like to join a CHASE Class Action Lawsuit for CHASE had been sold my house in August 30th 2010 when I was into the process to negotiated a loan modification with chase for over 18 months, doing those months I provide all the paper requirements they requested all the time. An August 1st. 2010 Chase supposedly transfer my load to a different lander to continued server my load modification process, instead doing this, they sold my house without any Foreclosure Notice by mail or even place a notice in the door. Without any founder notice just sold the property to Fannie Mae and sanded a Realtor to given me the 3 days quit notice on September 3rd. 2010 I loose everything, ruined my credit and end it up where no place to go me and my ten years old daughter and as a single mother I asking for some one to help me on what to do to join a class action lawsuit.
