I was mistakenly charged for a CD of The Month Club membership, when I signed up for a free, only pay shipping of $6.99, for a CD on Bipolar Depression. They subsequently refunded the mistaken charge of $49.95. However they continued to charge me the $19.99 permonth fee, after a free 30 day trial. Therefore, they debited my account for $19.99 and will not refund the amount, saying that I had signed up for the club when I had cancelled the mistaken charge of $49.95 in Jan 2011 and had received a refund. Anyway, they waited for the 30 Day Free trial before charging me $19, 99 on 3 March 2011, for a non-existent account and they are refusing to refund the $19.99. They verbally cancelled the account again and said I would receive no furthur charges. I want the $19.99 refunded to me that they took as an unauthorized debit from my account. This is not legal.
