hello,
I made an order ( order no #9334397106‏ ) to purchase an item from Levi strauss co (us.levi.com) for 37.10 USD,
the money was withdrawn by (SR STORE ONLINE) from my visa debit card, then they cancelled the order.
I sent them several message through (contact us) link inside thier site -us.levi.com- to give back the money but no response.
whereas i read inside their site that in case they will cancel the order there will be no charge (no billing) on customers.
please help how can i get my money back
