We ordered a bed in mid febuary the site said available but a month later recieved part of our order & had no info on the rest. We called numerous times after holding for up to 30 min @ a time and finally got a hold of cymax who kept giving these excuses about parts being shipped from japan & with the tsunami got delayed. Put we didn't receive any email from the company informing us of this two months past and nothing. When we called they would tell us oh yeah it's finally on it's way now you'll receive an email by the end of the week. That never came. Three months later we cancelled our order. We will never order from cymax again.
