I purchased a Lexmark printer Impact S-305 All-in-1 in June 2010. I liked the colors and the price of the ink cartridges. At first, printing emails or using the scanner or OCR would not work with Windows 7 / 64. A lengthy phone call with a foreign individual got me a Lexmark launcher with limited functions. This improvement lasted until January this year after some update. The printer application crashes and clog the spooler each time I try to print an email or anything frm the web or a PDF document, and the OCR and Scan functions are gone. The wireless function sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. It's been trouble after trouble and countless hours making phone calls, re-installations, and trying to get the printer to do what is needed. I GIVE UP. The Lexmark printer goes to the trash!
