I have bought an 37LG5000 LCD tv. After 2 years, we noticed that the vision on screen divides into pieces .We called the technical services and they informed that the reason of the problem is the manufacturing error in the panel. It is not possible to repair the panel and to buy a new panel costs same with a brand new LCD tv. Warranty period is 2 years but the problem is a manufacturing error. So it means that the error occured before expiry of the warranty period. Supplier company (TEKNOSA) refuses to change or to repair it. Does it mean that the product life for an LG LCD TV is 2 years. What is the logic in warranty.? If it is obvious that the error is a factory mistake, what type of warranty is this? KORAY KARAKAÅž [email protected]
