Our clothes dryer stopped working two weeks ago (11.14). We scheduled a service visit on-line for 11.15. Nobody showed up. When we called to follow up we were told that the online system doesn't actually do anything and the soonest a repair technician could come out would be two weeks (11.29). Nobody showed up. When we called to follow up we were told that nobody was available and that the soonest a repair technician could come out would be in two weeks (12.10). Each time my wife stayed home from work to wait for the technician. We have not had use of a clothes dryer for over two weeks and are looking at at least another two weeks.
