I've bought a LG 17" monitor on 08-08-2007. But it was run only 10 minutes from its beginning. Then i called the customer care they said that my monitor will be repaired or any technician will attend the call withing 24 hours. But nobody came to my place within 36 hours. Then i again called 5-6 times to customer care but nothing happened. Finally they gave me a telephone no of their service depot. The number is 033 2243 4292 and ask me to make call & request them to attend the fault. But the staff of the service depot misbehaved with me as i made a very big mistake by buying LG PRODUCTS. So my personal experience is that the LGH PRODUCTS & THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS TOTALLY BU***HIT.
