Hi,

My LG TV's picture has blanked out and all I have is sound. Have a world cup final tomorrow, and I had spent so much to enjoy the world cup matches on my LED. I registered a complaint on Thursday, and LG sent a customer service technician and he said that a part in the power supply box would need to be replaced (within 1.5 months of purchasing the TV!!). I heard from no one today, and when I called up the customer care I found out that the customer service had closed the request without solving my problem! I cant tell you how frustrated I am with LG at this point. I will not be able to enjoy my world cup final despite spending a bomb on this TV.

I can only keep my fingers crossed that I will hear from someone tomorrow morning and that my TV would start working.

Thank you LG for making my world cup final miserable.
