I purcahsed LG LCD TV from mumbai. I complained that my tv is not working properly. The engineer came to my place and said that you need to replace the tv. I spoke to Mr. Manish Sawant LG service sentre managre who looks after the replace ment. he commited me that your LCD will be relplaced but so far no action is taken its almost a month. i have different brands of LCD in my house but never got so much trouble from any brand. never expected this from LG being one of the most trusted brand in india. I am slowly loosing hopes to buy any LG products further. PLease look after it. Would be thankful. thanking you.
