Dear sir,

A new air- conditioner has been purchased for last 15 days. We have been complaining to many times but do not find any services from your company. We are harressing like any thing. We are now tiered by your company staff. We have purchase this electronic instrument to get protection from summer heat. If we are not satisfied for the required purpose then there is no need of this electronic instruments.

Please take some action as soon as possible. If we are not satisfied we can take legal action also.
