The key pad for my Dynammite handset is creting problems from the beggining when the no. digits on the pad are getting detatched from the handset and falling down .ANd that is happening within the warranty period. When The LG service centre was approached, they refused to change the faulty key pad and instead are asking me to pay for the same --which should not have been thae case as the problem has been there from the beginning.

And nobody is listening at LG electronics.
