i purchased a lg fridge 7days back. i m not satisfied with the product. it's cooling system has got problem...i request u 2 visit us soon 2 solve the problem...

Thinking that LG is a good brand I purchased an LG Fridge, TV, washing machine and 2 1 ton ACs. I am deeply regretting my decision due to the pathetic service provided. Mr Gajanan at vashi who is responsible refuses to respond to my calls for the last 3 week.

Whenever I mange to get him. He promises to call back and never calls back. I am desperate and thinking to go to the consumer court.
