We got LG LCD 32" in our sons marriage. It was installed and given demo during March, 2008 end. After we complained about non-opening of screwnut which is required to open for removng the base of stand, service engr visited two-three times. But in between the TV brakcet came down half from the wall. It was tried again through LG service engr with new holes etc. Even then he is not able to refix the clamp for placing LCD TV on the wall which is good for view in the room. Now we have again kept the TV with base on the table. We want to get it fixed on the wall with bracket, which company could not get because of the small hook/bolt which is not proper for hanging such bully tv. Clamp with new bolt/nuts are required with good bold/hook as is provided with Samsung TV as explained by service engrs Kindly get it reviewed or do the alternative for refixing it...
