Whomso ever it may concern at LG,
I bought a window 1.5t ac model LWA18GINAI sr no 504NL002328IN on 31/5/2005 from Motherindia Elect Faizabad Road at Lucknow. Ac did not work properly from within first month itself.Innumerable complaints & phone calls were made at local service stations during last five years. within last 5 yrs once compressor blew, twice thermostat, once capillary & so on. Lastly 2 complaints were lodged on 25th may & 2nd june 2010no. C1052525102 & C106205496 respectively for problems, local centre charged for that also But again two days back it stopped working. now SC says that compressor will again be changed costing around 6000+ Rs. I have already suffered huge cost as well perennial complaints.Local fellows have raised their hands.
Is there anybody listening who can tell me why should suffer for buying a product form LG. Now I won't spent anything unless this issue is thoroughly looked into by LG.
