In my hand set ,an icon 'car kit'appeared suddenly on yester day and all my communications are disrupted.I tried to remove it through the profile,but failed.I have tried the customer care but no response.I went to the web-world , a man of yours' have tried something in my handset and regained the communication for just half an hour.But all the entries in my phone-book have vanished,but the man denied of doing anything with that with a simple sorry.Now I am helpless to restore.What can I do?
