I had my wall oven installed in February, started using it in May, in October decided to try the self clean option. That was a mistake!!! The oven locked, never re-opened and the display was dead! I've been without an oven now for over a month. It seems LG doesn't carry any of the parts needed for it so I've had to wait FOREVER to get it fixed. Firstly, if you don't thoroughly test features of the oven, don't bother including them in production just the sake of having more features!!! Secondly, if you want to support your products and earn the respect of customers, deal with the issue QUICKLY!! Don't expect people to wait weeks upon weeks to get the damn thing resolved!!!
