I sukalyan saha on behalf of NETNEST wants launch the complain LG india lelectronics that i had raised a complain for my window Ac which was not generating cool air for last 2 days. Since it is a cybercafe, we have run more than 8 computers for 12 hours it is just impossible for us to run the office now. I had ladged the complain to LG Ac for checking why my Ac is not working properly, 12 hours passed but no responced from the company side. my complain no - rna110609092496 and i need that lg should attend the call within tomorrow by 11:00 otherwise i have go to the consumer forum for proper action. this is not at all expected from a company like LG who claim they are best at after sales service.
