I bought a straight talk phone and plan lg 620G from wal mart. Less than 90 days had gone by when phone quits charging, and scroll buttons malfunction. I call wal Mart thay say cant do anything, so I call straight talk they say take it to wal mart. Finnally after 2 hours of chewing butt a straight talk rep says I will recieve my replacement phone in 7 to 10 days. 5 days later I check status of my claim and get told that I will recieve an empty package in 7 to 10 days then I would need to send my old phone to them and after they recieve my defective phone 7 to 10 days later that it could take up to 5 to 7 days for processing before it could be sent out. This company is a joke. Wal Mart should be ashamed to have their name affiliated with this company.
