I have moved out of state and my adult son still lives at my previous residence. This "Civil Officer" came to the home to serve papers to me, was notified that I had moved and told my son that I HAVE to fill these papers out and get them returned within 10 days. The serving was performed at 9:30 p.m. MST by a person carrying a badge and saying he was a civil officer.
I believe this is for an account I have with Longmont United Hospital and have made arrangements for them to take out of my account $25 a month, which they have been doing since Decemeber. This serving does not seem legitimate.
