I applied for a payday loan with Last Chance Payday Loans. I was accepted and further information was to be sent to my email. I never got a response. A week later a charge of $34.71 was deducted from my checking account. The telephone number of the creditor was on the back of my cleared check and found out it was Liberty Club Discount. They have a refund site with three options to choose all relating to not knowing you were signing up. Twice I put in for my refund. Today 8/2/2010 I spoke to a rep via live chat. I was told due to the subscription being on my IP address I was liable. This is the most sneaky dirty maneuver I have seen. If you are applying for a payday loan, which I told Loris, the rep, I am certainly not in a position to purchase a subscription! These people need shut down!!!
