This website uses a cash advance website to reel you in without knowledge. They use all information to take money from you without your knowledge and will refuse to refund any money even after they discontinue your membership.

Illegal Billing

On 3/26/2010 I was exploring loan options, and this site appeared during the form-completion process. Only at the bottom of the form did I see it was something different that I would be billed for. I WAS NOT looking for any group to join or service to purchase. The form had been partially completed. I deleted everything via personal banking data I could, and hit "skip", not "submit".

Today I found a charge for $34.19 in my checking account. THIS WAS NOT APPROVED BY ME. Upon contacting the company, I was told they had cancelled y membership so there would be no further billing, but that this charge was non-refundable as I had asked for the service.

Total scam. Can you help?
