I was contacted in 2008 and asked if I would like to purchase some of their products, I di a set of 3 candles, they were delivered and I paid the invoice.

In 2009 they contacted ma again asking if I would make another purchase, I did for exactly the same item, item never arrived...the invoice did and i have been receiving threatening phone calls from them since, I have contacted their customer service line...no help at all only pushing for me to pay for the item. I refused on the grounds that the item was never received. I have now received a letter from a collection agency threatening me with court action for non payment of $39.00!!! I will not pay for something I did not receive.

Anyone receving calls from Lifeline Industries Inc., I would recommend you hang up on them and do not enter into any dialouge at all.
