We are a small winery that placed an ad over 6 months ago and never recieved a copy of the ad or the publication. We made payment in advance have tried for 2 months now to receive our money back and we have gotten the run around. No one returns calls and when we are able to reach someone in the office, the receptionist claims everyone is in a meeting. They do ads sales over the phone and request credit information for payment but never developed ad nor are we able to even find an actual publication.
