I had appointment on 5-18-11 and made $400.00 deposit.I called 1-877-88-5480 on 5-19-11 and cancelled procedure and requested my deposit to be credited back on my credit card. I was told the local office in phoenix would call me, but I was never called, so I called the local office and spoke with Aaron Clarke, consultant. he stated my credit card deposit of $400.00 would be returned and reason for cancellation of procedure would be given to his supervisor that day, (5-19-11), it has not been removed from my credit card account. The website does not allow me to email my concern. What do you think I should do? I will call visa and stop payment if I hear nothing by Monday 5-23-11 or maybe someone has a better solution to this situation I created for myself. Thank you
