I bought your cheap lightbulbs in late August and have the receipt, but, I told the manager Lisa that I didn't have the receipt, she became very abusive and rude. Other Dollar Stores would let me exchange it and, for a dollar is it really money out of Dollar Trees pocket. I always shop at Franklin Mills and patronage these stores. They need to know how to speak to people and, also, my husband asked for her name and she said Lisa, but, when I asked her again, she wouldn't tell me and kept saying the amount of my other purchase and saying there are other people in line, so hurray up. I never have a problem with Dollar Tree, but lately, this store has attitude problems...
