I purchased 8 ceiling fans from this company and chose the installer they recommended. I had serious issues with the installation, however, the owner at the installation company was professional and immediately addressed all issues. After a week went by, I contacted Lighting Outlet and More to ask why no one has contacted me. Larry was extrememly rude and unprofessional out of the gate and seemed perplexed why I was upset over not being contacted about broken bulbs he supplied and issues I had with the contractor. Rather than deal with this company I will buy the bulbs myself. I am also using the installer for other projects I have too. I take customer service very seriously and their lack of it cost them additional sales to me for sure. If exceptional customer service is important to you - I'd look elsewhwere.
