Good quality at lower price
I think the best word I can think of to describe my dress would be exquisite! It was just absolutely everything I could want in a wedding dress; the fabric was so high-quality and lush, the cut was perfect, the corset back--ahh!
My mom absolutely loved it too and she wanted me to go the more traditional route!!

I haven't used LightInTheBox.com . But I know another good online dressing store. http://www.dressale.com/
I just called dressale.com for ordering, while they told me it would cost about 20 days to make and ship the dress, Several days ago I get that dress , it is so beautiful !!!! and also very cheap . thank you dressale. i am so happy . and I think I will always choose you .

Recently i made an order through lightinthebox. (a chinese wholesaler)i was a little nervous about ordering from outside the country. with many MANY qestions to the sales dept. about my item, i finally decided to go for it. i had asked a total of 5 different sales reps about the quanity included in my order. as the website was a little unclear. upon learning from the 4th person that my order would have 4 cases of items that included 4 to a case (=16...confusing right) i ordered. in the middle of my ordering i realized i could have received a discount had i have contacted their vip. i let them know because of the money i would save i wanted an even larger order. so in doing that i was refunded my first order in a record fast transactions (within three minutes they had refunded my order) with baited breath they awaited my second order. before making the next order i checked once again with the 5th sales rep...to see if i would indeed receive 16 items total. i was assured that was the case. so i placed my order and waited for the status to go from processing to payment confirmed. after it stated that the payment was confirmed i got an email stating there had been a mistake and i would only be receiving 4 items. they said "no worry" "so sorry". like that was going to made it better that i had spent almost 700 dollars and would receive one forth of my order. when i asked them to cancel it this time (the same person who canceled it the first time) the rep told me they couldn't do refunds i would have to wait on the billing department and it would take up to 72 hrs. "no worries" which was scheduled to be shipped in 24 hrs and after shippment there are no refunds. i emailed three other reps that were made very available before i ordered, more than willing to help me and after there was NO response to ANY of my emails. i finally called my credit card company that says that lightinthebox hadn't taken out their payment. so i had to cancel my credit card to block the transaction. upon telling lightinthebox that they failed to charge me correctly, they were dumb founded! thanks to my credit card company i dodged a bullet. lightinthebox told me they would fix the website to better represent the product in a more correct light...as of today it still hasn't been changed! they are for another victim!!!

Poor product and worse customer service
I ordered a dress and it was not the quality nor did it fit. Way too small and I have not changed sizes in years.
I contacted customer service Tuesday the day I received the dress. Icontacted them on Weds, Thurs and Friday. NO response to this point. Customer service response within 24 hours!!! Poorest customer service I have ever had and I will do my best to post to as many sites as possible not to use LightInTheBox. It seems instead of returning the dress they think I should take it too a tailor to have it fit.
This company is just a SCAM and no one should ever do any business with them.

will not refund for anything
ordered prom dress...did not fit...e-mail them 20 minutes after trying on to get RMA return information...was told would receive info from them within 24 hours..nope...tried for 6 days straight...phone number they give is bogus...you have 7 days to return"they say"...on the 7th day after writing many bad comments on their website, they blocked me and contacted my daughter...they said I could send the dress then they would give me my money...well, a woman from Australia did that..it cost her $30.00 to mail it back..it has been 3 months now..no refund...and now she has no dress, which I would bet, they resold. This company had hundreds of dissatisfied customers on their website, and removed them all when I started replying to each and everyone of them...they are a scam...contact the BBB...I did..and my lawyer!

The clock was way over priced and I have learned my lesson - never to buy from them again
I recently purchased a video surveillance clock. The directions were impossible to read. I had to enlarge them several times to read them.Now I can read them but they were impossible to understand and follow.No luck. After being told to buy a new memory card via e-mail from the company, I still cannot get the motion function to work or set the time. After four additional e-mails, they have stopped writing to me altogether.
The clock was way over priced and I have learned my lesson - NEVER to buy from them again.
