Three years ago i got a brand new lightolier track light. within a year, three of the four heads had died. it was within the warranty; i sent the heads back; they fixed them. now it's two years later; not only has the single head that outlasted the warranty died--i saw that coming a mile away--but one of the three they fixed has died as well. of course the warranty is over, but this just seems to me so utterly inferior, they should be ashamed. i used the contact-us function on their site to tell thim about this; they haven't even replied.
