Last year, I purchased 4 sets of the Barack Obama Coin Collection and the final two 24kt gold plated coins. I have not received the last 4 sets of the final two 24kt gold coins I purchased at the time I purchased the Barack Obama Collection. I was at told at purchase that the final coins will be sent to me (4 sets) when they arrive at Limited Treasures; I have yet to receive the final coins. I have tried to call the company; but, I only receive a voice message to contact customer service via e-mail (no reponse) or send a letter in writing (postal service) to address my complaint.

I would like to receive my coins which I have already paid. Your prompt response rto this complaint is appreciated.
