Ive been waiting for wood display boxes since september for the state qaurters and the presendtial dollars was charged the shipping price of $19.95 for each box thats $40.00 folks have been told four times they were being shipped and ain't seen them yet. Each time I've called I've waited 45min. to an hour to talked to someone .They also took from my account 29.90 and 8.90 in december for the other new coins coming out at the end of January their ltter stated they would not take from my account until the coins where shipped. Yes they should be out of bussiness and the state of tennessee should go after them.I told them today when I was on the phone with a supervisor supposedly that I was giving her till today to put the money back in my account or I would be contacting the Attorney General in Tennessee and am also contacting the Better Business Bureau in tennessee I don't know how they are staying in business with all the complaints against them
