I rented a stretch limo as a surprise for my husband's 50th. We paid for a "meet and great" at the airport. They showed up over 1/2 hour late w/out any phone calls, I called them repeatedly.

I ordered 3- 12 packs of beer for the group and the driver took one and charged me for all of them.

The limo was filthy, looked like it had not been vacuumed in months, the partition did not work, radio and CD broken, they did not supply any cups, ice etc.

Then had the audacity to charge me to stop at a local store to buy ice and cups.

Also, before you use them check the BBB of Chicago I am not the only complaintant.
