Worked for this company almost 6 years. Divisional manager made sexual comments. Center manager was a spineless man who kept the whole office at each other so he could have at least that much control. He targeted employees when they didnt do what he wanted. He harassed them and threatened them with their jobs. He was friendly with the divisional manager who only backed him in all he did. If you wanted to dispute a problem, it was stopped either by the center manager or the divisional manager. It is an unstable work environment where racial comments were made by the manager but workers was so afraid to report anything in fear that they would lose their job.....and they would. We were asked to do illegal things and threatened if we didnt. If you stood up and said anything you were a target. (I stayed that way). I worked in Florida and would love to know if the divisional manager made any other sexual or explicit remarks or gestures to any other female employees! I dont know if it is the company itself or just the idiots running it at the bottom of the food chain, but there is no concern for patient only numbers! They forget that without these patients we would have NO numbers or jobs!! Worst job I ever had but stayed because I loved what I did and loved my patients. It is the poor management that will be the downfall of this company. They are back stabbers who were given a title and now think they are a god. Linde needs to review these managers and some one needs to be appointed to represent the employees in the office because when there is a write up or warning, it can be put in your file without you knowing and then it is your word against managements that it was discussed with you.
