I Have a 10 yr old son and a 7 yr old daughter, my daughter had an appointment at Lincoln Dental, we arrived and were escorted back to the room and were denied entrance to the room. I was told by the Dental Assistant or the Office Staff that if I wanted to go into the room with my 7 yr old daughter that I would have to leave my son alone in the waiting area when I told them that I was not going to leave my son alone they told me that I needed to reschedule and leave my son at home next time. In my opinion this is extremely poor Customer Service. My daughter really liked going to Dr. Nary but the extreme rudeness and outright wrong way we were treated will not be tolorated. I should never be told to leave my son by himself or at home for my daughter to see the dentist.
