This was my first experience with the dealership and after some of the reviews I was a bit weary. Now when I arrived I was greeted by a super friendly mechanic that showed me where to go. After that I was with a great service employee she explained in detail the costs and even told me she would let me know if ever the repair exceeded a certain amount of time. When I did receive a call it was to let me know what the problem with my car was how long it would be to fix it and even the piece that was needed. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.
