4. Plans do not include HVAC, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, or ROOF LOADING required for permits in most States
5. Customer service is not available from LLI, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE IS AN ENGINEER
6. LLI's Dealer Agreement is ownerous and provides no performance standards. DO NOT SIGN
7. Better Business Bureau's Arbitrator states LLI is unprofessional
8. Better Business Bureau's Arbitrator states LLI's drafting of windows were laughable and childish
9. Better Business Bureau's Arbitrator states LLI's Plans can not be used for permitting
