billing
I paid my account #6036 3210 2891 9541 on 01/14/09. the balance was $427.00 and was paid in full. They apparently rec. my payments 3 days late and have been charging me what now amounts to $54.00 in late charges and finance charges on top of the late charges.
My account was paid in full. I cannot pay these exorbitant fees for charges that are posting to me when the credit card is of no value and I am making no purchases AND my bill was paid in full.
Please advise me.

I will never place an online order with LNT again!
I ordered Rachael Ray Pro Ultra 11 Piece set and paid $45.00 for expedited shipping in 3-4 business days. The order was placed on Dec. 17 and received on Dec. 29. The expedited shipping takes 10 business days!

Bad service
Ordered a bridal gift box that was a third of the price of what it was anywhere else. Wasn't packaged well but wasn't damaged.My wife likes their store and they always have 20% coupons about every week.

refused to apply 20% coupon
I stopped into our local Linens 'N Things store in order to redeem a gift card and was surprized to see that they had numerous "going out of business" signs plastered on the windows. I spoke to a cashier who told me I could no longer redeem the gift card after a weeks or two so I determined the value of my gift card and began to look around the store to find some items I could use. I finally selected a box of table glasses, #0031009298457 Kenyon 24 pc for $22.49 after discussing my selection choices with sales people.
Upon presenting the items to the cashier, and she rang up the item and gave me the 10% discount that was advertized in the store at that time as a going out of business discount. I also gave her a Sunday newspaper advertisement that still had a valid date and was told she could not provide the 20% discount although the dates were still good. There were no notices about the refusal of LNT not honoring the 20% coupons on the window ads or in the store and I simply had to accept the word of the cashier. My putvhsdr esd on 10/22/08 for an item listed at $22.49with a $2.50 discount for the 10% outof business advertised discount. The 20% discount for presenting the coupon would have deducted another $5.77 . I would like someone to investigate LNT refusal to honor their own coupon and have them send the refund to me at my home address. I can be contacted via my email address.
I am sure other consumers have experience the same problems and should be entitled to refunds.

Sold Known Defective Product
I purchased a product a space heater that does not even turn on and I suspect it had been opened before. This means they probably knowingly sold me a defective product. They will not credit my account back.

While shopping at the Las Vegas store, some shelving fell forward on me. I had to push hard to keep from falling The firm, Broadspire a Crawford Company, that was hired for their lost prevention were rude and Linen n Things refused to accept accountability for the incident.
I will never shop there again.
