I ordered this item on Dec 7. was told would be shipped 8th to 11 Called on 14th told there was no problem dont worry. Then was givin an ups tracking code that was no good. Called back and emailed was asssured I would have my item by Christmas even if they needed to send another one. Then told not ups but fed ex. Tried to trace there was told lost. Once again contacted jewerly box and was told no problem we will give u 15% discount for inconvience and we are looking into it.You will have the item. On Christmas eve was told out of stock. Then it came up item not available on line. After 2 more calls and a few emails was told there sorry. Now today was told item was never shipped and now discontinued.
