Unauthorized credit card charge

I ordered a free trial bottle of Acai berry. I was charged the agreed upon charge of 4.95 for shipping. However, when the bottle arrived, it was not just Acai berry, but had a lot of other ingredients.

Then about 2 weeks later, my credit card was charged $40.01. This charge is only 6 days old, so I am contacting my credit card company to tell them not to pay it. I am also contacting the state attorney general.

Unauthorized Transactions and no product received

On 12/2/08, I submitted for a free trial for Lipaphen / Acaiberry, via the internet. It was advertised that the only cost was shipping and handling. There was no small print indicating anything other. I never received my free trial as of 1/15/09, nor have I recieved any products from Lipaphen / Acaiberry. However, I have been charged on two additional occasions, the amount of $87.13, but no products have been recieved. When I call the contact number, I have waited in excess of 25 minutes, only to get a recording to leave a message. I have taken the necessary steps to insure that no further unauthorized charges from this company will be added to my account.
