The company advertised a free trial sample of the diet product, which I ordered. I canceled future shipments immediately when I realized I was sensitive to the ingredients...When I received the shipment I sent it back to the company unopened, marked 'Return to Sender/Shipment Canceled'. They charged me $99 claiming that I should have re-packaged the product before sending it back.
