Turntable order 2-1-08 never received 1 month and 4 days later. Numerous calls and emails, with repetition of information given, but no satisfaction. Asked to talk with supervision, no response. Told them did not want refund, wanted item. Was told refund issued, but has not shown up on credit card. Then told them were out of item, but was listed on website at higher price. Not answereing phone calls..
